Hello there
Today I have a couple of cards to share with you using a Clearly Besotted stamp set that I have had in my stash for a little while. And I have created them for our Work Your Stash Wednesday challenge which is all about creating a birthday card using your unused or barely used stash.
These were simple to put together and I think really highlight the beautiful floral image. I cut my card bases to 4.5″ x 4.5″ and then cut a navy cardstock mat a little smaller. I used a circle die to cut the aperture in the centre. I took this die cut panel, placed it on my card base and drew the circle in pencil. This gave me the guide for where to stamp the image in the MISTI.
The image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, the sentiment with Versamark Onyx Black Ink. I then set about colouring both images with Copics (see below for list of colours). Once finished, I adhered the blue panel with double sided adhesive over the image, and added a few sequins to finish it off.
That finishes my cards for today. My friends and I are only running this challenge on Instagram, but if you want to join in, we would love to see what you make. Make sure to use the hashtags #workyourstashwednesday and #wysw so we can find it.
I will be back soon with another project and wish you all a very happy week. Thank you so much for your visit.

It’s such a beautiful flower image, you don’t need to do much to it, do you? Just highlight it with the navy cardstock – I’m loving your use of navy at the moment, it’s such a lovely colour – and let your colouring stand out. Beautifully done. xx

WOW ! Stunning cards, Lisa ! I love how the dark blue panel highlights and frames these two beautiful florals. Your colouring is amazing and these images remind me that we will soon see blooming everywhere ! Love the pale blue shadow all around the image, it gives a beautiful dimension and depth to your cards. Thanks so much for inspiring with your cards. Have a great weekend ! Hugs xx
