Hello friends!
Popping in with a quick post today ….. this card was actually pretty much made a few weeks ago and I just added a few final touches to finish it off. I couldn’t resist another card using two of the recently released sets from My Favorite Things that I have enjoyed playing with.
And of course you can never have too many cards to send out telling people they are awesome.
The background was created by die-cutting a navy piece of cardstock with a wonderful stars in the sky die that I was gifted recently by a lovely crafty friend. This was adhered with double sided tape to an A2 top folding horizontal base card. The grass was die cut from green cardstock and popped up with foam tape.
All the images were stamped onto Neenah Solar White 110lb, coloured with Copics (numbers below) and die cut with the coordinating dies. They were either popped up with foam or adhered directly onto the background with wet adhesive.
Lastly the sentiment was stamped using Versafine Onyx Black Ink onto some white cardstock and trimmed to size. This was also popped up with foam tape.
I absolutely love this background die and I love making a night scene with it! I think it makes your card look super pretty with very little effort. Thank you for stopping by as always, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend wherever you are. Happy crafting!
Copics used: Dog (E50, E51, E53, E55, E57), Flowers (RV02, RV04, RV06, RV09, Y08, YG25, YG67), Butterfly (YG25 ,YG67, RV04, RV06, RV09)

The background is really fabulous – I can see why you like that die, it really is very effective for very little effort and you could keep all the little stars for a shaker 🙂 Such a cute scene and the sentiment is really lovely. xx
